Amargo Mexcalli: Quiquiriqui Mezcal, Campari, Palo Cortado sherry, Cynar, Homemade Grenadine, Smoke and Oak bitter.

Loredana: Martel VS cognac, Amaro Montenegro, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Campari, Chocolate bitter.

Blue Bayou: Absolut Elyx vodka, La Diablada pisco, Enamor Yuzu liqueur, Bitter Bianco, Citrus sherbet, Blue Air.

Espresso Martini: With Tiki Tonga coffee

Citrus Myrtifolia: Plymouth Navy gin infused with grapefruit, Bold Red vermouth, Chinotto liqueur, Ginger syrup, Wild Strawberries bitter.

Balsamic Sour: Smoked Buffalo Trace bourbon, Pedro Ximenez sherry, Winter cordial, Lemon, Balsamic vinegar syrup.

Tinique Punch: Maraska Marasachino liqueur, Troi Riviera Blanco rum, Havana 7yo rum, Infused Honey shrub, Homemade Grenadine, Lime, mist of Absinth.

Cerez Joker: Konik’s Tail vodka, Hazelnut liqueur, Krupnik Honey vodka liqueur, Berry syrup, Lemon, Miraculous Foamer, Detonated Orange.

Purl Royal: City of London gin, Cabernet-Sauvignon wine, 8 Ball Rye IPA, Honey Mead, Graham’s Fine Ruby Port, Muscovado, Herbs and Spices. Served warm

Breakfast of Hebrides: Chivas 12yo whisky, Gingerbread liqueur, Caol Ila 12yo whisky, Lemon, Triple fruits marmalade.

Latino Spritz: Havana Seleccion rum infused with Cacao beans, Cazcabel Honey, Kaffir Lime cordial, PJ Brut Champagne, Electric bitter.
