Get cosy in one of our alcoves

We like people to book tables with us to avoid disappointment on the door. Purl operates a table service policy and all guests must be seated. Please note we have an over 18’s policy.

We are full most nights of the week and at the weekend it is often necessary to book a few days in advance to secure a table. We also have live Jazz music on a Friday night from 8:30pm until 11:30pm.

We have a number of alcoves in under-the-road arches that are perfect for parties of eight or more as well as our Hendricks room, the Library, the Fire Place and other cosy seating areas to enjoy your libations from.

We take reservations online for two to twelve people. If you would like to book for a larger party or a private hire please complete the enquiry form and one of our team members will get back to you.

We take card details to secure all bookings for 2-12 pax, there is no charge made to the card in advance. Please let us know if you wish to cancel your table. Our cancellation charge is £10pp if you do not show up for your booking. There is no charge if you cancel before 5pm on the day of your booking.
