Name: Emanuele Genovese (Mani)
His Story: My career started back in Italy with my dad who used to own a bar and coffee shop. I worked there during Summer holidays after school. I then moved to London 5 years ago and worked as a commission waiter where I worked closely with the chef and this is when I started to get close to flavours, food and drinks. After 2 years in Nothing Hill as a bartender I moved to the Gilbert Scott and then finally Purl London, the cocktail bar where you can be who you are and show your creativity.
Favourite drinks: most spirits and cocktails… it always depends on the day!
