Name – Rémi Satony-Bena
Age – 23
His Story:
It all started back in the South of France, Blagnac, my hometown where at around 16 years old I started making cocktails in a small pub. After a few months I got an offer at a 5* Hotel to work with Patrick Bazeler, bartender legend, who gave me the opportunity to be a member of the ”Association des Barmen de France”! I met some great Bartenders in Cannes who encouraged me to head to London. With one suitcase containing a shaker and mixing glass I headed over to the big smog. With bad english and a little bit of money I started as a Bar-back at Bar 45 and went on to get the Title of United Kingdom Young Best Bartender of The Year. Shortly after that I met Mani, the Purl manager, and I have been at Purl ever since.

Favourite drink – Boulevardier, Hemingway Daiquiri…
